3. Email Us Your Mom’s Name. Once you have made your online donation below for your plaque, please email your mom’s name and plaque purchase to SEAN@SPCANEVADA.ORG
We will email you a plaque certificate to present to your mom on Mother’s Day! Please allow 2 weeks for the plaque to arrive and be displayed in our lobby.
