Walk-In Policy
We understand that sometimes scheduling ahead isn’t possible, which is why our Vaccine & Microchip Clinic offers a limited number of walk-in opportunities. To help keep pets, people, and our staff safe, please review the following important information before you arrive:
-
Walk-ins are not guaranteed. We may not be able to accommodate walk-ins if the clinic is short-staffed, supplies are limited, or the schedule is at capacity.
-
Walk-in sign-in sheet available 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Only 15 walk-in slots are available each day, spaced 15 minutes apart. Once these slots are filled, we cannot add additional pets.
-
Wait outside until your walk-in time. For the safety and comfort of all pets and people, walk-in guests must remain outside the building until their designated time.
-
Limit of 3 pets per owner. To ensure fairness, we cannot accommodate large litters of puppies or kittens as walk-ins.
-
No exceptions. If we are unable to accommodate your pet(s) as a walk-in, we kindly ask that you schedule an appointment on another day.
Tip: Scheduling an appointment online is always the best way to guarantee your spot and avoid wait times.
*We are not accepting walk-ins throughout December. Thank you for understanding!

Although cats also may become ill, this happens only rarely. Learn more HERE.
