The SPCA can only treat shelter dogs medically but tap here for a list of low cost veterinarians in our area.

The SPCA of Northern Nevada can only provide care for the homeless pets who we are currently housing in the Adoption Center. If you need a private veterinarian who is either low-cost or offers payment options, please tap here. 

The SPCA of Northern Nevada wants to support our community and our animals by offering pre- and post-adoption help!

Lost and Found Pets:

The SPCA of Northern Nevada is not legally allowed to take stray pets. Please do not bring stray pets to the Adoption Center. All found pets must be reported to Washoe County Animal Control where they can hopefully be reunited with their rightful owners. Please contact them for information on lost and found pets. Contact Animal Services Field dispatch at 322-3647(DOGS).
