Share the Love: Free Pet adoptions Saturday at Lithia Reno Subaru
It’s the happiest time of the year and what could make it even better?! Adopting a new fuzzy family member, for free! Lithia Reno Subaru is sponsoring adoption fees for animals at their dealership on Saturday, December 15th from 10 am to 2 pm. The SPCA of Northern Nevada will be bringing cats and dogs who are in need of loving homes and hopes that all of them will be adopted! “We are very thankful to once again be working with Lithia Reno Subaru again this year during their Share the Love promotion. Lithia is one of our top corporate sponsors every year.” says Development Director of the SPCA of Northern Nevada, Sean Farnan.
2018 has been the most life-saving year for the organization to date, and with this event, they suspect they will adopt out their 2,000th animal! “We are so excited to celebrate this milestone with our community. We have a gift basket that we’ll be giving to the person who adopts the ‘2,000th animal’ to help spread the joy of life-saving.” Says Marketing Manager of the SPCA of Northern Nevada, Angela Rudolph.
This is the 2nd adoption event that Lithia Reno Subaru has held at their dealership this year with the SPCA of Northern Nevada. It helps to promote the Share the Love campaign, which is a yearly fundraiser that donates crucial funds to the SPCA of NN to save homeless pets. With the promotion, for every car purchased at the dealership, Subaru will donate $250 to a charity of the purchaser’s choice. The SPCA of Northern Nevada is again benefiting as the local charity for our community! This event was made possible with help from a generous grant by the ASPCA.
The media is welcome and encouraged to attend this event on Saturday, December 15th from 10 am to 2 pm at Lithia Reno Subaru (2270 Kietzke Ln, Reno, NV 89502).
