Nayla was born and raised in Reno. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish. She has volunteered with many nonprofit organizations both locally and internationally. She has previously worked for Renown/Hometown Health as an Interpreter and with the Street Team at Reno1868.
Nayla loves working at the SPCA because “Not only do I adore animals but I also love working with caring and positive people, so I get the best of both worlds here at the SPCA of Northern Nevada!”
When Nayla isn’t saving the lives of homeless pets, she loves to travel and experience new people/places/things. She also loves to go to Tahoe, spend time with her family, play soccer, or cuddle on the couch and watch a good movie.
The vaccine clinic is currently held every weekend at our Thrift Store at 75 E Moana Ln, Reno, NV 89502
