Animal Care Manager

Dusty Robinson

Certified Goofball. Naughty Police. Bookworm. Outdoor Adventurer. Juggling Master.

Before joining the SPCA team, Dusty spent 5 years working with dogs and their owners with obedience training and behavior modification. She has three dog-training certifications and enjoys helping people create a stronger bond with their pets!

Dusty is certified in Animal Shelter Management through the University of the Pacific. She enjoys being part of an innovative team who helps establish lifesaving relationships with Northern Nevada communities to relocate pets into loving homes. Dusty feels she is “lucky and very blessed to have a job that I love go to everyday knowing I am making a difference in the lives of people and animals.”

When she’s not saving the lives of homeless pets, she can be found on top of a mountain somewhere, with her dogs, enjoying the outdoors and connecting with nature.
