Born and raised in Reno, Clay is proud to call northern Nevada home. He brings nearly a decade of experience in animal welfare to the SPCA of Northern Nevada. Through his career, he has worked in animal adoptions, animal control, customer service, community programs, and team leadership. Clay has helped connect thousands of pets with loving families, while supporting both people and animals through challenging situations. He is passionate about creating positive experiences for adopters, developing strong teams, and giving back to the community that has always been home.
Clay enjoys working alongside a team that is committed to helping pets and the people who care about them. He appreciates the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while continuing to learn and grow in the ever-changing world of animal welfare.
When he’s not at the Adoption Center, you’ll likely find him spending his time with friends and family, playing board games, reading, attending concerts, and exploring northern Nevada.
