A few weeks ago, we received a call from Crescent Valley, Nevada for an overwhelmed, elderly pet parent. As much as she loved all her pets, she knew they needed more time and care than she could provide. 

Thanks to your financial gifts, we had the resources to send help.

We partnered with the wonderful Pet Network and Healthy Paws of Eureka to send our teams across the state for these pets. Our teams worked tirelessly over two long, hot days to find, gather, and transport these dogs and cats to their new futures. 

We promised the pets’ guardian that we would give them the care they needed, and find each one a loving home.

Our SPCA-NN team worked hard  to help these pets feel safe and build their confidence through training, socialization, and care.

Our clinic team gave them the medical care they needed to be ready for adoption. 

Pets like Turbalina and Max, pictured below, are already enjoying themselves in loving homes.
